How fast do you respond?
We aim to respond to research and order enquiries within 24 hours on business days. Telegram and WhatsApp are typically fastest for order status; email is best for COA requests and formal correspondence.
Can I request a certificate of analysis (COA)?
Yes. Email support with your order reference or vial batch identifier. Batch-level COAs are available on request as part of our quality process — see the quality and testing page for what we verify.
Where do you ship from?
Orders dispatch from Australian stock. Domestic delivery is typically 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. International tracked delivery is typically 5–14 business days. A flat A$25 shipping fee applies.
Do you provide medical or dosing advice?
No. Quantum Labs is a research compound supplier. We do not provide medical advice, personal dosing guidance, or therapeutic recommendations. Clinical questions should go to a registered medical practitioner.
