1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.quantumlabsaus.co (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from Quantum Labs (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or place orders.

2. Research-use only

All products supplied by Quantum Labs are research chemicals intended strictly for in-vitro and laboratory research use. They are not therapeutic goods, not registered medicines, and not for human consumption.

By placing an order you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are ordering as, or on behalf of, a bona fide researcher or research-supply purchaser.
• You will not administer, ingest, inhale, inject, or otherwise use the products on yourself, any other person, or any animal outside a properly controlled study context.
• You are not purchasing on behalf of any person under 18.
• Your use of the products complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

3. Orders and acceptance

Submission of an order through the Site is an offer to purchase. We accept your offer when we confirm payment and dispatch your order, at which point a binding contract is formed. We may decline any order in our reasonable discretion — including, without limitation, where stock is unavailable, where the order appears fraudulent, where the destination jurisdiction prohibits the products, or where the buyer has previously breached these Terms. Where we decline an accepted and paid order, we will refund the amount paid in full.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We accept cryptocurrency payments through our payment-service provider. Payment must be confirmed before an order is dispatched. Cryptocurrency exchange rates fluctuate; the AUD amount displayed at checkout is the binding price provided the corresponding crypto payment is completed within the time window indicated by the payment provider.

5. Shipping and delivery

We dispatch orders from Australia. Domestic orders are typically dispatched within one business day of payment confirmation. International orders are dispatched on the same timeline, subject to destination eligibility and carrier availability.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Title and risk in the products pass to you on dispatch from our facility. Loss or damage occurring after dispatch is governed by clause 6 below.

You are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import charges that may apply at the destination, and for ensuring the products may be lawfully imported into your jurisdiction.

6. Lost, damaged, or non-delivered parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, or fails to arrive within a reasonable period of the estimated delivery date, contact us at support@quantumlabsaus.co with your order reference. We will investigate with the carrier and, where the issue is confirmed, arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion. Claims must be raised within 30 days of dispatch.

7. Returns and refunds

Due to the chain-of-custody requirements applicable to laboratory research materials, lyophilised peptide products are not eligible for return or refund once dispatched, except where:

• The product supplied does not match the product ordered (we will replace the order or refund in full);
• The product arrives damaged in a way that affects research integrity (we will replace or refund in full); or
• Australian Consumer Law confers a statutory right to a remedy that we cannot lawfully exclude.

Orders may be cancelled by you, without penalty, up to the point of dispatch. After dispatch, cancellation follows the returns process above.

8. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit or exclude any non-excludable consumer guarantee. Where the law permits us to limit our liability for a breach of a non-excludable guarantee, our liability is limited (at our option) to replacement of the goods, supply of equivalent goods, or refund of the price paid for the goods in question.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to clause 8, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with any order is limited to the amount paid by you for that order. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage, including without limitation any loss of research time, opportunity, data, or reputation, even where we have been advised of the possibility of such loss.

10. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, photography, illustrations, the Quantum Labs name and mark, layout, and underlying code — is owned by or licensed to Quantum Labs and is protected by Australian and international copyright and trademark law. You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial reference, but you may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, or otherwise exploit the content without our prior written consent.

11. Privacy

Our handling of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

12. Acceptable use of the Site

You must not:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that breaches these Terms;
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information (including in the research-use confirmation gate or in the protocol-matching quiz);
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, our infrastructure, or another user's account;
• Use any automated means to scrape, harvest, or copy content from the Site;
• Resell or transfer products supplied by us to any party who would breach clause 2 above.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site, and decline future orders, where you breach these Terms or where we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unlawful use. Termination does not affect rights or obligations that accrued before termination.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective-from date at the top of this page reflects the most recent material revision. Where changes are significant, we will notify registered customers by email before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the Site after a change indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or any order placed under them is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
